Reservations
City of Chattanooga Parks offers a variety of settings for reservations:
- Neighborhood parks and pavilions
- Carousel Party Room
- Indoor facilities
- Outdoor event spaces
Reservations are first-come, first-serve. After reviewing the rental rate information below, go to the online catalog and reservation system to book your space now!
Signature Park Event Reservations
Rentals and events in downtown Riverparks (Coolidge, Chattanooga Green, Renaissance, Walnut Street Bridge, Martin Amphitheater and Miller Park) require staff review and approval. Requests must be submitted no less than 30 days in advance on the reservation site. Staff will review your request and contact you within five business days. Dates fill up fast, so please submit your request as soon as possible!
Events over 500 people must secure a license agreement. Depending on your event, route approval, insurance, and special permits may also be required. For more information on special event permits (including road closures, alcohol, and sound amplification), click here.
Reservations must be made no less than 7 days in advance. You must submit full payment for a deposit (if applicable) and associated rate at time of checkout.
Category 1: Events with 15-500 attendees
Category 2: Events with 501 or more attendees and/or alcohol with be served or sold and/or planned activities that are expected to damage park grounds.
-Must secure a Licence Agreement through Parks and Outdoors Special Events Division
-Refundable damage deposit will be required for all events
-Rental fees and rates detailed below
-Event Duration is a maximum of three (3) consecutive days without express written approval by the Department of Parks and Outdoors Administrator or his designee
Chattanooga City Parks
There are over 30 parks available for rental throughout the City of Chattanooga. Some parks have pavilions available as well. Reservations must be made no less than 7 days in advance. You must submit full payment for a deposit (if applicable) and associated rate at time of checkout. Heritage House is rented separately from Heritage Park grounds and pavilions.
